The herd is excited to bring back the Beginner 5K Training Program. This six week program is designed with the beginner runner in mind and prepares one to conquer a 5K race. For those of you looking to start running or get back into the sport this year, this program is for you!
Beginner 5K Training Program Includes:
-Weekly schedule & e-mail newsletter
-Coach led workouts every Thursday at 6:30pm, held at either FWRUNCO or TCU Lowdon Track & Field Complex
-Each program is designed to prepare runners for a 5K race in the Fort Worth area
-Optional FWRUNCO group social runs on Monday nights (6:30pm) & Saturday mornings (7am), and boot camp on Wednesday nights (6pm)
