Course Cut Off Times: Both 5k and 10k runners need to maintain a 16:00/mile.
Awards: 10k Overall Male and Female 1-3 cash ($300, $200, $100), 1st Master Male and Female $100. Age groups Male and Female 1-3 in 10 year age groups, 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
5k Overall Male and Female 1-3, Age groups Male and Female 1-3 in 10 year age groups, 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards ceremony and after party will be at Carney's 411 Beach Ave, Cape May immediately following the last finisher.
Parking is free until 11:00 AM at all meters around race start and finish.
Packet pick at Cape May Running Co. located at 305 B Beach Ave on Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM
